Every pile is installed using calibrated torque monitoring equipment and precision layout with Leica geomatics systems. Installation torque is recorded and correlated to load capacity, and engineers review and certify every foundation.

Foundation Repair and Underpinning

Geotechnical Investigation

We provide excavation services for site preparation, foundation access, grade beam construction, and backfill. Our equipment is sized for both residential and commercial projects.

Field Welding and Fabrication

Our crews carry mobile welding equipment to complete precision welding and fabrication work directly on site. We can handle pile cap fabrication, bracket installation, structural connections, and custom metalwork without bringing shop equipment to the field.

Utility Locating

Before any pile is installed, underground utilities must be identified and marked. We coordinate line locating services to ensure safe installation on every project.

Surveying and Precision Layout

We use Leica geomatics layout systems to mark exact pile locations based on structural plans. This precision is critical for projects that require tight tolerances, such as manufacturing facilities, commercial buildings, and infrastructure.

Concrete Drilling and Cutting

For foundation repair, underpinning, and retrofit projects that involve existing concrete structures, we provide concrete drilling and cutting services to access foundation elements.
